Laravel core · Product polish · Deployment calm

I turn messy product systems into quiet, shippable machinery.

3+ years building production web applications across cloud hosting, ERP, eCommerce, media, and content systems. I work across application architecture, frontend delivery, performance optimization, database design, deployment automation, and the kind of production details that decide whether software survives real users.

Operating principles

I build software for the part after the demo.

My strongest lane is Laravel-centered product engineering, with enough frontend, infrastructure, and deployment depth to own the path from implementation to production.

01

Production first

Build systems for real usage, failure paths, and the unglamorous details that decide whether a release holds up.

02

Full-path ownership

Move comfortably from application architecture and interfaces to infrastructure, automation, and release.

03

Measurable improvement

Prefer changes that can be felt in performance, maintainability, delivery speed, or user experience.

04

Practical architecture

Choose clear systems that survive change instead of adding abstraction simply because the diagram looks impressive.

Skill map

Backend, frontend, data, and delivery — grouped the way real product work actually feels.

I work best where software needs both engineering clarity and practical execution. Strong architecture helps, but shipping cleanly matters just as much.

Experience

The systems behind the résumé.

A career shaped by SaaS products, ERP platforms, media systems, deployment tooling, and the production work between shipping and keeping things shipped.

Dec 2025 – Present Remote Software Engineer · xCloud Shipping full-stack product features and production reliability improvements for a cloud hosting and server-management platform used to provision, operate, and deploy real customer sites.
  • Shipped Git onboarding for existing WordPress and Custom PHP sites, turning non-Git installations into private GitHub repositories with a guided push-to-deploy workflow.
  • Improved production reliability across Nginx caching, site cloning, log delivery, PHP-FPM repair, reverse proxies, SSL state handling, and queued workloads.
  • Built safer backup and site-lifecycle workflows, including cross-site WordPress restores and protections around destructive actions during active cloning.
  • Expanded deployment and site configuration support with Git-based Docker Compose deployments and web rules for headers, redirects, and rewrites.
Feb 2024 – Nov 2025 Dhaka Software Engineer · Bit Byte Technology Built and improved ERP, newspaper, and customer-facing platforms with strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalable delivery.
  • Migrated large Laravel + Vue systems to newer stacks and improved performance by up to 80% through query optimization, indexing, and caching.
  • Designed NewBD architecture and schema with Redis-backed performance and automated zero-downtime deployment pipelines.
  • Built frontend systems in Vue/Nuxt and React/Next while fixing security issues and improving rendering performance.
  • Dockerized applications and configured VPS infrastructure for smoother CI/CD and lower deployment risk.
Sep 2022 – Jan 2024 Dhaka Junior Software Engineer · Themelooks Ltd Developed SaaS and productized web applications for international customers with Laravel-heavy backend systems and custom builder flows.
  • Built CMSlooks, Newslooks, and Tlcommerce products with reusable product thinking instead of one-off builds.
  • Implemented REST APIs, queues, schedules, email notifications, and package-level backend logic.
  • Helped ship a dynamic page builder and supported end users directly, which sharpened product sense alongside engineering work.

Writing

Writing is part of the proof, not a side hobby.

I write about Laravel internals, MySQL search, queues, deployment, and the engineering decisions behind real product work. It helps me think clearly and helps other engineers understand the systems under the surface.
